All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect spot for family. Easy walk to beach, clean pool, and perfect room for family of 5. Very affordable for location! I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Nice stay. Condo needs updates and repairs, but the location was good. It is very peaceful. *Public beach access - Not private - but very easy walk down private path and across small access road.

2 minute walk to the beach could not be beat. The condo itself is great, with plenty of space and very clean. One or two restaurants within walking distance, more with a short drive. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the location and setting—absolutely beautiful! The condo was spotless and comfortable, though some of the furniture felt dated and the bunk bed mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Management replied quickly to texts, but follow-through on a few issues wasn’t as smooth as hoped.
