Grand Caribbean West 316

The cleanliness of the place and location was not bad

The ceilings are way to thin and can here the people above you

This was the 7th or 8th time I stayed at Grand Caribbean. The location is great, the facility is quiet and always clean.

Unit 316 West is the least comfortable unit I've rented. The bed was too small and extremely uncomfortable. The recliner and sofa need replacement. The upstairs unit is extremely noisy and heavy footed. Stomping and what sounded like furniture moving continuously.

My family just stayed here. It met my expectations and some. It was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

The room was nice and very accommodating.

We did not like the designated area of beach to stay at along with the public beach access. It was over crowded and I was not aware of the boundaries we had before booking or I would of never booked there due to the fact I have small children. Many people staying there were unaware of this either. It would be helpful if it was put in the description. Not to mention it's the smallest area to share with public access. I was not happy with that at all. We stayed at the grand Caribbean east last year and it was way more comfortable on the beach then it was here.
