The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you could need to prepare delicious full-course meals, quick meals, and even beach snacks. Your patio is another great place to gather as it's equipped with comfortable chairs and offers great views of the complex.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location. Comfortable, safe and secure. Proximity to the pool and beach a big plus. The pool is very nice and well maintained.

They gave me the wrong access codes and we couldn't get in until I had to speak and they gave me a different number. It was time to wait outside for several minutes until they helped me over the phone.

Loved the neighborhood and location. Very quiet and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Right next to the pool which i occasionally had to myself!

Pros- walkable to beach, pool right off of the back deck
Cons- the walkable public beach is very small, the condos on either side have the beach blocked off, so it gets very crowded- this was enforced by police
The main bed needs replacing. It has a giant dip in it and is very squeaky
