This condo is fully furnished with complete amenities (including washer and dryer inside the complex). Nearly 800 square foot private balcony that opens from living room to overlook the Gulf of Mexico and a pool right on the beach as well (also features an indoor pool and hot tub). Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room with cable. wifi Internet access available also. Newly renovated fitness center with all new equipment and showers.

The view was astounding. Best view we have had at Perdido. Could see ocean and bay. Perfect place to watch the sunset. No washer and dryer in unit but other than that was perfect.

Chose this property last minute for a quick trip. We didn’t stay on property much because of our schedule or use the amenities but it was clean, cool and comfortable. It’s always agree to wake up to the view of the gulf!! Description called it a penthouse and it did have a VERY large balcony but would not equate to a “penthouse”. Overall it was a great place for what we needed this trip.

The unit is located in a great spot on the key. Easy access to shopping and to other points of interest. The condo itself was nice but could use some updating. Very nice balcony which looks different from the picture shown. The patio furniture is not as nice as it looks, and the balcony is lacking a good cleaning. I would consider renting again if updates are made.
