We had a fantastic time celebrating our 25th anniversary! The condo was immaculate and equipped with all the amenities we could have ever wanted. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the elevator was rarely crowded. The shops across the street were a huge plus. The bed was a bit firm, but we slept soundly. Why no drapes??? You cannot watch daytime tv with the glare from outside. Plus, if one of you sleeps on the couch, you have daylight at an early hour! The tv cabinet is sagging in the middle so badly, I thought it may break. The bed needs a new mattress terribly. Both of our backs are sore now. The cracked bathroom tile in the master is awful and those mirrored doors are hideous. Just old. I would have enjoyed the deck but the furniture needs replacing. Grungy. On the other hand Gayle was lovely! So nice and friendly. The pool needs some shade in a couple of areas too. Thank goodness for the 3 restaurants across the street- they are nice. The area needs a lot of work in this section of the Gulf. The closer you get to Orange beach, the better things look. We won’t stay here again, there are just too many other options available.
