The view was incredible, the bed comfortable and the unit was easy to access. Check in and out was simple. The unit is older and the master shower area very small. (You have to walk into the bedroom to dry off.) The unit is above the pool and you can hear every conversation in the hot tub with the patio door open (which we wanted open the entire time). The rules for the hot tub are “no kids under 12” but that is not enforced and it was very popular with the kids. Overall, I liked the complex but will likely choose a different unit on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the Gulf was beautiful from the balcony. Parking was easy. The pools and hot tub were wonderful. Close to the beautiful white sand beach. Property is clean and quiet.

We have stayed at Perdido Sun several times in different units over the past years with no issues. This year there were some but they were more of a nuisance than anything. Pro:Nice size room and very cleanTowels provided were greatA/C was very goodAll staff were very friendlyProperity nicely maintainedCheckin was a breeze, lots of cartsConBed was not good, felt like head was lower than body.Not one sharp knife in unit. No kitchen knives or steak knives.Manual can opener had stripped gears and would turn but not open cans.Would have liked a bigger tv in the main room. 42in tv seemed a bit small to watch from table or sofa.The kitchen faucet sprayer was almost impossible to pull out to use. On the last night the kitchen faucet would not turn off and was at full force. Had to go under sink to turn it off. My wife and I were headed to dinner so I called management and they came and fixed it while we were out.We did enjoy our stay and in all fairness we did not report these things to management for them to have a chance to fix the issues.Overall we enjoued our stay
