This fully furnished Perdido Sun beach front unit is equipped with one master king bed, one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the East side of the property, you will wake up each morning in this unit to a stunning view down the beach! Within walking distance of Johnson Beach, you will enjoy the convenience of this unit's location in Perdido Key.
In each bedroom you will find a LCD TV and a 46 inch LCD Smart TV in the living room with a WiFi/BluRay DVD player connected. Log into your NetFlix account and stream movies directly to the TV! The unit also contains a full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen or venture right across the road to eat at the Jellyfish Bar in the new shopping center.

Pictures don't do this property justice. Stunning views of the Gulf from each bedroom and the balcony. The condo was perfect for our family vacation! Kitchen was well stocked, unit was spacious, and the hosts were very communicative. Would definitely recommend for a family/friend/couple trip. The property has two pools and an exercise center. Direct access to the beach and there is a chair/umbrella rental company to make your stay even more enjoyable. Only thing we were missing was a sponge to do dishes, so be sure to pack one/add it to your grocery list. Hope to be able to book this unit again for our trip next year!

The unit was very clean and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions via text messages. The view was great. The unit was stocked with all the basic essentials and had plenty of cookware to prepare meals. Extra pillows and a desk fan were a great plus.The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking but not unbearable. No complaints with the unit itself; however, during our trip the building only had one elevator that worked and it was constantly busy we ended up using the stairs alot. Also the fire alarm went off our second night and we had to evacuate the building. Again this is no fault to the condo owner at all and is beyond their control. We've stayed in this condo building 3 other times with no issues, just this time we were unlucky. It is still one of our favorite places to stay and we would definitely not hesitate to rent this unit again in the future.
