Welcome to Tamarindo/Playa Langosta Beach, Costa Rica and Casa Roca. Casa Roca is an exclusive, luxury, six bedroom private home, located on Playa Langosta (Millionaire Mile), one of the most splendid stretches of wild beach in Costa Rica; just five minutes from Tamarindo. Casa Roca is a unique, custom designed estate home, designed and built by one of the most renowned, acclaimed architects in Costa Rica.
Casa Roca has 6 bedroom suites consisting of: 1) A private Casita with a king size bed and private bath, located inside the gated and guarded courtyard entrance. 2) An executive apartment with king size bed, private bath, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen counter with sink, located on the second floor, in the main entrance courtyard. 3-4) There are two guest bedrooms suites each located in the pool courtyard and overlooking the infinity pool and each open to the pool area. Each guest bedroom has a king size bed and private shower and dressing area. 5) An executive apartment with king size bed located on the interior of the home near the living room and kitchen. 6) The master bedroom suite is located downstairs of the pool courtyard and has a private patio/balcony with unobstructed views of the pristine, secluded beach and green area. The master bedroom has a desk space in addition to a king bed and private bath.
Casa Roca includes a large family room with internet and cable TV, located adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes abundant storage, a large preparation area and it is fully equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and all modern appliances necessary to allow for total ease in cooking.
There is a large patio area located outside the kitchen/family room. The patio is located in the pool courtyard and includes outdoor furniture, an entertainment center, bar, ice maker and outdoor dining tables.
There is an elevated outdoor Cabana/Rancho located at the end of the infinity pool with swim up hot tub. The Cabana is equipped with a refrigerator, large serving table, and outdoor furniture, sink, bar, TV and ice maker. The Cabana overlooks the beach and green area.
All bedrooms as well as the family room and kitchen are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, TV’s with cable vision and internet service.
Casa Roca has a guarded security entrance to the entry courtyard and secure garage parking for 3 automobiles.
Casa Roca maintains a lush, Tropical environment with tropical plants and trees throughout the extensive landscaping.
A large wooden deck with a designer fire pit is located in the green area between the house and the beach for evening bond fires or star watching.
With over 7,500 square feet of livable area under roof and an expansive front and rear court yard, Casa Roca offers privacy as well as an intimate atmosphere for you and your guest.
Daily maid service, breakfast, laundry service, telephones, and security guards are provided. A stay at Casa Roca also includes complimentary access to the Langosta Beach Club!

The only think I can speak of is the pool surround on the infinity pool when wet gets very slippery may concern some type of rubber padding or roughing up the title for traction

Our group of 12 adults completely enjoyed our stay at Casa Roca. The rooms are luxurious - generously sized, unique bathrooms, very clean. Mauricio met us when we arrived to give a tour and explain the locks, security, etc. Mauricio had our golf carts waiting and ready when we arrived. We appreciated all of the assistance with excursions, reservations, recommendations. Mauricio really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.
The housekeeping staff, Joanna and Jesser were absolutely wonderful and prepared the best breakfast each morning and kept our rooms straightened up and towels clean! They were so kind and pleasant and were a pleasure to have around. They even accommodated an early morning wake up we had for an excursion so that we would have breakfast before we left.
We enjoyed the covered sitting area next to the infinity hot tub the most, this is where we spent much of our time. The sunset views were stunning. We highly recommend a private bartender to make this experience at the house even better!
The very best surprise were the howler monkeys that took their afternoon naps in our tree for 2 of our days - we had the best time watching the baby monkeys play and the others eat and sleep. This was totally unexpected and completely made the trip! We even saw several whales spouting off in the distance during sunset one evening.
Casa Roca was a super short drive or walk from Tamarindo, but far enough away to not be part of the noise and crowds. The security guard outside each evening was very comforting as well, although we never felt as if the area was not safe. Highly recommend and would stay here in the future!

The house is amazing. The view is heaven. We came here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and the pictures dont do any justice for how beautiful this house is.
I am big with bedrooms and mattresses. Except for one, all bedrooms are spacious. The mattresses are very comfortable and 4 of the 6 bedrooms are very dark. Some bathrooms are bigger than others but overall spacious. We had a few ants and one cute little crab in the room with the outdoor shower, but you are in Costa Rica. That wasnt a deal for us.
Yohanna and Jesser are incredible hosts and very flexible and accommodating. Their service is superb and outstanding. Breakfast was good!
For food - hire Family Kitchen and make a special request for Freddy and Diego. Do not try any other food vendor because you will be VERY disappointed. We hired RTL Cuisine for our special birthday celebration and that did not go well. However, Mauricio was diligent at obtaining adequate resolution for this issue.

The property was beyond our expectations. House staff was incredible and both the outdoor and indoor kitchen facilities were superb. Condition of the property was outstanding. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would easily stay there again.
