About this villa rental
This is a home built for luxury and fun at the beach! The 6 bedroom home features TWO oceanfront master suites, TWO additional large king suites and two guest suites both with double queen beds! All bedrooms have en-suite baths and no detail was overlooked! TV's in every room, high end beds/linens, luxury decor and more.
The living area features a huge gourmet kitchen, large areas for entertaining, 14 person dining table, amazing infinity edge pool, copious outdoor spaces and "on beach" access to both Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. Stroll down the beach to one of the local beachfront bars or perch on your own chair overlooking it all...
The home sits in a private/gated community with paved road access and security. Situated on a bluff overlooking the gorgeous Bahia Tamarindo (Tamarindo Bay), the views are magnificent and your access to the beach is a 1 minute stroll down our private path to the best part of Tamarindo beach. A two minute walk down the other private path puts you onto either directly onto Playa Langosta's white sands or the adjacent point/headland with stunning views!
On the ocean side of the home you'll find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your corner of paradise...outdoor dining, hammocks and comfy chairs let you take it all in right outside your home. The home's slight elevation allows for commanding views of the beach and bay while also giving guests natural privacy from the few folks who do choose to walk down towards this part of the beach/bay.
Town is a short walk (10-12 minutes on the beach) or a three minute drive, providing easy access to all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife that "Tama-Town" affords...while the closer/quieter Playa Langosta plays host to a number of excellent dining options as well!
The home was designed for large groups to feel at home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their time in paradise.

What an amazing trip from top to bottom! The house was just as advertised and the service was impeccable. Mauricio helped with ever aspect of setting up this trip with excursions, dinner reservations and transportation. Mary Luz and Heiner were there every morning with HUGE breakfasts that got us ready for the day. They then made the house spotless. The location of the house to the beach and town was perfect. Everything we needed was a simple cart ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

Villa Islita was perfect-It’s 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were quite spacious for me and my family of 14 people!-Also the cooks provided wonderful ample breakfast and several dinners! Relaxing on the patio and enjoying the pool, day and night, with delightful weather for our enjoyment. We all enjoyed different excursions all week long—FUN!!

FABULOUS--6 BEDROOMS, 6 AND A HALF BATHROOMS.. LARGE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA, OVERLOOKING THE PATIO WITH AMPLE SEATING.--OVERLOOKING A LARGE RECTANGULAR POOL. AND BEYOND THAT A LARGE "DESERT" GARDEN-ALL OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN, WITH A FEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS TO SIT CLOSER TO THE OCEAN.--MONKEYS, BIRDS, IGUANAS VISITED. THERE'S A WALKING PATH DOWN TO THE OCEAN, WHICH CONNECTS TO THE SANDY BEACH BRINGING US TO THE LEGOSTA BEACH CLUB--NOTE: THE PATH DOWN TO THE BEACH HAD NO RAILING, AND SINCE I'M A LITTLE OLDER WITH A BALANCE PROBLEM, I NEVER TOOK THAT PATH--BUT FOUND MY WAY TO THE BEACH CLUB BY WAY OF A 6-PASSENGER GOLF CART AT OUR DISPOSAL.THERE WERE 14 WITH ME AND MY FAMILY.--ALL OF THE LOCAL COSTA RICANS WE MET WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. MANY OF MY FAMILY, INCLUDING MYSELF, HAD VISITED THIS VILLA BEFORE, AND WE WERE HAPPY TO RETURN!
ALL OF THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL,--FROM OUR KITCHEN HELPTO OUR CONCIERGE ., MAURITZIO. OUR COOKS MADE A WONDER FUL BREAKFAST FOR US EACH DAY. AND WHILE WE WERE ON OUR OWN FOR LUNCH, THAT WAS FINE SINCE MANY OF US HAD ENJOYED THE FULL BREAKFAST. WE ALSO OPTED TO HAVE OUR COOKS MAKE DINNER FOR US SEVERAL NIGHTS-AFTER A FULL DAY OF ACTIVITIES, WE WERE CONTENT TO STAY HOME AND NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT GETTING DRESSED FOR DINNER OR GO OUT TO DINNER, WHICH WE DID ONLY TWICE, TO WONDERFUL LOCAL RESTAURANTS, DRAGONFLY AND RED DOOR.
IT WAS THE MOST RELAXING AND FUN VACATION!

Casa Islita was everything we wanted in a vacation home for our group of 3 families (including 7 children aged 7-14). Mauricio was excellent at communication prior to the trip and during the trip. He helped set up transportation, day excursions, chef service and more. Mary Luz and Heiner made a beautiful breakfast each morning and made sure we had a clean house with everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was ideal. We could walk down the beach during low tide and the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. The short walk or golf cart ride to Langosta Beach club was an added bonus where we often enjoyed lunch and watched the sunset. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this one tops the chart. We hope to come back soon!
