About this villa rental
This recently built villa in Fish Bay offers an unbeatable blend of indoor/outdoor space and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Ram Head. Situated on the edge of the National Park, Fish Bay is one of the most serene bays on the island.
Enjoy the views from the covered outdoor living/dining area. There is a built-in gas grill, and a sun deck with pool and hot tub. This villa has a whole house generator to ensure a stress-free vacation even when the island's power company has hiccups :)
Inside the fully air-conditioned main level is a great room/dining area, gourmet kitchen, and half bath. An interior staircase leads down to two air-conditioned master suites with king beds, private decks with chaise lounges, and en suite baths with double vanities and rock showers with views of Ram Head.
Brezza di Mare is next door to its sister property, San Costanzo. For large or multi-generational groups, renting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom San Costanzo with 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Brezza di Mare gives guests the flexibility of privacy and time together.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

Brezza di Mare blew us away. We've stayed at several (nearly 10) different villas on STJ now, and Brezza is easily amongst our favorites. The villa itself is gorgeous - everything about it. All of the furniture (indoor and outdoor) is comfortable and high quality. It is extremely well appointed and sits at the end of a quiet road where there is little to no other traffic. For those who enjoy walking as we do, you will love walking a different path from the villa throughout Fish Bay. It is a quiet, lush, picturesque and friendly neighborhood that pleasantly surprised us.If you are a nature lover, you will love Fish Bay. It's also only a 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay, which is very nice. Everything about our stay was lovely - The hosts, the villa, the neighborhood...everything. STJ has been without power a lot lately, so having the generator was a huge plus since we did need to work a bit during our stay.Thank you to Brezza & the crew who helped to make this our favorite visit to STJ yet.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The sun rise views from the large open deck area were just beautiful every morning! The outdoor pool and dining space was an awesome place to hang out. We ended up grilling several evenings instead of dining out, because we didn’t want to leave. Elian was our contact person and he was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The House was wonderful!! My husband and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. The indoor/outdoor shower was also pretty cool. Everything worked and it should and the house was easy to get to. This might have been our favorite place we've stayed at!
