This four-bedroom home is a great beach getaway for a large family! You'll love this oceanfront townhome located directly on the beach. There is a beach-level deck off the living room and balconies off three of the bedrooms. You'll also have lots of in-suite amenities that include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a mounted flatscreen TV.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Over all the stay was really nice. Like the other reviews, I think the owners should do a little better with some maintenance and making sure the house is clean. There is still a broken door by the back sliding glass and there was a tampon wrapper stuck on the ceiling, a sheet that covered the recliner, not sure why we didn’t check. We ended up bringing all our own blankets and sheets. But outside of that we had no complaints. Beautiful views, nice location, in between a lot of shops and close to the boardwalk. Me and my family had a great time. So over all if they did a little more upkeep it would have been 5 star.

There was urine in one of the toilets when we first arrived.
Screen door is still broken. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a house that sleeps so many.
Too few pillows.
Water for outdoor shower wasn't on/working.
Scuffs on walls everywhere. General feeling of lack of maintenance and upkeep throughout.
Despite complaints, the location, views and balconies were great. Once repairs and cleaning is done I would definitely rent this property again.

This house was difficult for senior citizens having 3 stories. It was not as clean as it should have been and one chair was covered in a sheet to hide the damage. That said I believe this house was very nice at one time and could be again. Management response was quick when I called about a leak under a sink. House was stocked with good kitchen equipment and linens.
