You'll also be mere minutes from the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Plantation, and beautiful downtown Fernandina!

Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only.
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This 3 bedroom spacious condo was beautifully appointed with art work and fine furnishings. We suspected a professsional interior designer staged the condo. We will certainly be back. Nothing but perfection from the unit. Oh and amazing unobstructed views!

Great view, layout and location. But it’s showing it’s age. Problems with many ants and a few roaches . Several obvious items broken and damaged. Furniture and floor need a good deep cleaning.
