Ideally located in the heart of Summer Beach Village, this newly decorated, oceanfront townhouse will place you mere steps from the beach and a tree-lined community pool.
The entrance to this three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is on the second floor. As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, multiple cable TVs, and free WiFi throughout. Outside on the patio, you can take in views of the ocean from the comfort of new furnishings that were added in August 2020.
The primary bedroom, located upstairs, features an ocean view, a king bed, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level; the third bathroom with a walk-in shower is across the hall from the third bedroom.

Have stayed at multiple Sailmaker properties. Always enjoy the proximity to beach and the outdoor space for kids to play. Townhome worked well for our week but is due for a good deep cleaning. Would still recommend and stay again.

The set up was great. The kids loved the bunk beds and they had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked great. We did have an issue with an outlet that got tripped during a storm, we woke up to no power to half of the main floor. The property manager made sure that we got power within a few hours and had the problem fixed by noon! The PM communicated everything very well!

We really enjoyed this floor plan, it’s one of our favorites. we have stayed on several different condos on this development. I enjoy being on the top level even though you have to walk around to get to the beach instead of straight out your back patio. This condo is mostly updated, save one bathroom, we liked that as well. What we did not enjoy were the tiny ants or spiders that were ALL over the main floor and seemed to bite. If the kids dropped even one crumb these insects suddenly swarmed it. They were all over the kitchen countertops and made it difficult to prepare food. we asked someone to come out and spray and they did, very quickly, but it did not help the situation. Our other issue was with the AC. It was not properly working the first couple of days. We finally got someone over to the condo on our 3rd day and they did something to make it better and the unit was properly cooled the rest of our vacation. Lastly, the sheets seemed to have sand on them even on the first night of our arrival. I think this must be bc they are all cleaned together at a laundry facility and all the sheets have lots of sand in them that just doesn’t get totally cleaned out. We requested new sheets and for them right away but the new sheets also felt a little sandy. we just let it go after that. Nice condo and great location but we will probably try a different unit next time. The rental company was very responsive and helpful.
