This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic with wonderful Sunrises. Plus, this home has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, a private washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two twins and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This home includes an entrance on the second level. The home has about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the suite

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect and the house fit our family of five (including three teenagers) wonderfully for the whole week.

Ideal location with great views and expansive green area below for the kids to play - not impressed with the cleanliness - cleaning team could do a better job of mopping to ensure floors are clean prior to next tenants- space and room/ bathrooms were ideal for 6 people ! Love Love the Summer Beach resort - always a fantastic time - great access to the beach and pool from this unit!
