This home is perfect for families, large group of friends, company teams, construction crews, events or gatherings. Large backyard area with BBQ grill, picnic table and Hot Tub. Costco, BJ’s and Walmart within 4 miles of the house. Don’t forget to read the amenity list for more details.

• 5 rooms (1 in ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor & 2 on the 2nd floor)
• 3 full-size bathrooms, one on each floor.
• Full-size kitchen and dinning/ living room.
• Parking space for 5 cars.
Guest access
Guest can check in anytime after 3pm. Early check-in/bag drop off might be available for a small fee. Property access, NO KEY EXCHANGE. All doors have keyless entry, codes are sent once booking is confirmed.
Other things to note
•Late check out fee is a full day rate or at host's discretion.
•Parking area is shared with staff & owner.
•Visitors are not allowed. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional fee applies
•Events or gatherings $30 per attendee per day. Make sure to read “House Rules” strict rules apply.
•Washer/Dryer laundry service fee $1 per pound free pick up and delivery.
• Hot tub fee $50 per night, use must be schedule upon booking and set up is depending on weather.
•Living room fireplace lighting fee $70. Lighting should be schedule 24 hours in advance.
