Location is super, 1 stop from New York, as advertised, with free parking for drivers. Easy access to everything- nightlife, business or food. There is an option of home cooking, which is very helpful for people on a diet.
Cleanliness depends on people sharing the bathroom with you. Some of them just don’t care. You have no control about it.

It was a pleasant stay all in all. The staff was very responsive and took good care of things. The location is perfect with easy access to New York and Newark and free parking was very helpful! I will definitely be back!
The door in my room was kinda squeaky sometimes.

I had an excellent stay. My main point is the location:NJ Transit bus that rides in minutes to Manhattan, Newark Airport seven minutes away by car!
Walgreens across the property, Dunkin’ Donuts some steps away, local and interstate bus stop half block away.
Spacious parking!
The room privacy was outstanding. Very experienced and responsive host; every time I needed thermostat changes, I got it.
The laundry is a service offered through a third party, a pick up/drop off with 24 hours waiting time.
