Quiet place, clean, comfortable, easy to parking. Great benefit-cost experience! Easy access too, they send you your password to access the build/room (individual, important to say, maybe you'll have doubts if its really individual, but it is, you don't have contact with other guests).
Due the benefits-costs I don't have complaints.

This was a very good option for visiting the New York City area. Although it's in NJ, the transport links to NYC are very good - with express busses stopping nearby. There are also local buses to other parts of Newark and beyond - including to the PATH station for NYC stops. The apartment was clean and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable - the wifi worked well. I slept well and had a good stay.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The apartment is located in a residential area where little is open in the evenings. To get supplies, it's necessary to travel some distance.
