The communication The rules The control they have They took my whole deposit because I had a couple of love ones there They wasn't even there for an hour Charged me a clean up fee after I asked for an extension Through my belongings out in the hallway after I asked for an extension They responses take long it's a lot of things I can say especially about the communication and the notice on what needs to be done If I would have known all the stuff that I couldn't do and had to was with this booking, I promise I would have never booked here. Seems they release the full details once you pay the deposit for damage Luckily I had zelle because I more than likely would have lost the money I paid, for the reservation.! They give little information until you deposit for the damages. Alot more to say
