Property owners were available 24/7 for any questions/concerns. Property was exactly as described. Great location for bus route into Times Square. Walgreens within walking distance came in handy. Quick ride to/from EWR. Paid deposit as requested and it was refunded back to us as stated in the house policy.
On our last night there were other people staying in the downstairs apartment that were very loud and kept waking us up. After a short confrontation with the individuals we made the decision for our safety to leave early and wait at the airport for our flight home. Owners were very understanding/apologetic about our decision and shared that they are unable to screen guests when booking.com is used.

Everything was as described. Super fast response and very helpful. House was clean. It accommodated a Family of 7 really well. Home is close to all kinds of restaurants and close to New York city. There is a hot tub, but you need to pay extra $50 per night. It was amazing and super relaxing, we fully enjoyed it. Very clean and we felt that the house is very well kept. We also used the BBQ grill which was big enough and clean.
