Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.
Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

The property was very close to River Street with access to plenty of stores and restaurants. We were worried about parking but found a spot right down the street and left the car there all weekend with no problems. There was an alarm that went off in the building every morning at 6am. It sounded like a fire alarm but it was only going off at the bottom floor. We never found it what it was for and we weren’t in the building long enough for it to bother us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Grant was exactly what we needed for a great price. The location was perfect for walking to rivet street as well as seeing all the historic sites. My husband and I, our 2 kids, and my inlaws were able to stay here comfortably. There was more than enough room for us to all hang out in the evening. The area was surprisingly quiet despite the construction that was around the corner. I gave the unit 4 stars for cleanliness because the walls were a little dirty in the bathroom and under the bar area and the halls downstairs by the elevator had bags of dirty sheets laying in them and the hall infront if the unit often smelled bad. Overall still a great stay and would highly recommend.
