The Grant by Black Swan

We had a wonderful stay in this two-bedroom apartment! We were a group of five adults, and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It has two en-suite bedrooms, and one person slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed, which was very convenient. There is also public parking very close to the apartment, which was a big plus for us. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very chic reimagining of an exceptionally historic space in downtown Savannah. No driving or Uber needed to experience the nightlife ... you're IN it! The neighbors are quiet and attentive to the other guests. It's the perfect oasis while you explore the city. Everything is walkable from here ... the river, SCAD, shopping, history, and a million little discoveries you'll be glad you found. In the space, you'll find an equipped kitchen (saved us a lot on meals), pullout couch, smart tv, full laundry in the suite, and very nice upgrades to bedroom and shower/bath (rare to find a building downtown with hot water on an upper floor this quickly!). The room was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were communicative and very easy to work with.

We verified our ID through Booking.com. The host has a separate platform for verification as well that is a requirement to complete the booking. Not a deal-breaker, just worth noting. I didn't totally get that while doing my prep work and so completed my booking sitting at a rest stop in South Carolina at dusk after a day of driving in heavy rain ... all this is to say, don't be like me! Knock those details out before you stay, and you'll arrive in comfort!

So close to everything in this history district

Location is great, style is nice.

The walls are as thin as paper, you can hear EVERYTHING everyone does all the time. Wet laundry was left in the washing machine from previous tenants. The toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were not refilled and practically empty so we had to buy our own. We were having a longer stay and the two toilet paper rolls and garbage bags they provided did not last our whole stay. When I reached out for getting more they advised that more was not included in the price paid but they would see what they could do. We got given some but ended up having to buy some at the nearby CVS before the end of our stay. WiFi is slow and caused a lot of buffering.
