Stayed for the weekend with my childhood best friends. We loved that we all got our own bedrooms. The apt is located very close to Broughton Street shopping and sooo many restaurants and bars. The apt is well appointed. The stairs can be a little daunting after a day/night out. And we’d recommend a personal fan or white noise maker for the front bedrooms as you can hear the conversations and such for the square very clearly. We had the best time and the management was great to work with!!!

House was really convenient, clean and cool period style. Great amenities in the home. The only reason for us it is not five star is because very early morning trash and street cleaning noise each day made good sleep a bit challenging.

First, the location was really good for us. However, we were told there was an elevator only to find out when we arrived it wasn’t operational. I have physical difficulties and stairs are hard on me. Three flights of stairs were difficult. The property had roaches and wasn’t totally clean. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It was an ok place, aside from the location things could have been better.
