Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS 

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!

We were in Savannah to celebrate a 21st birthday. The location and property were perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great location in the heart of the Savannah Northern Historic District. We could walk everywhere. Very spacious unit. We found the bar across the street from property to be very loud up to 2/3am, even with white noise machines in rooms. Host did provide ear plugs and sleep masks but with small kids, that solution didn’t work for everyone. I would readily book this unit/location again for adults only (or with older kids).

Beautiful place! Close to everything! Dryer didn't work very well and the elevator broke for one day but besides that it was a lovely trip!

The condo was advertised as a 5 bedroom. In reality, it was only a 3 bedroom with a loft. The place lacked cleanliness, black mold in the showers/ bathrooms, chipping paint, dirty sheets left in the lofts cabinet and the floors need to be cleaned .
