Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, one lofted semi-private bedroom, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.
Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the Grant experience.

Pros:
Lots of parking garages within a mile distance
Cool, modern look to apartment
A lot of bars, restaurants, museums within walking distance
Linens and towels were good quality
Beds comfortable
Toiletries provided were awesome

Cons:
Old building, came with the dry old building feel/smell
Sunlight in the master bedroom with lack of shade made it super difficult to get sleep
Half of the lightbulbs were dead and didn't get changed during stay
Apple TV worked maybe 40% of the time
Floors are so loud and creeky, it's as if the upstairs tenants are constantly moving.
Washer and dryer are NOT included, even though it's pictured
Tons of construction made it super difficult to access the building, we had to walk down the block and come up and alley at one point just to get back to our room
OVERALL
I would stay again after the construction is completed just for the locations itself.
