About this house rental
The Flamingo is perfectly situated less than a five minute walk to the public beach access, the JW Marriott Resort and Spa and close to local shopping and restaurants.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is continually updated to exceed expectations, featuring a brand-new pool deck and lanai. It has a spacious living room and dining room, fully stocked kitchen, separate den, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a King bed and attached bath with a large soaking tub and shower. The guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home share a bath and have one Queen and two Twin beds. The screen enclosed lanai features a heated pool, casual seating and a gas grill!
All linens including blankets and comforters are washed and bleached / sanitized between each and every guest without exception. Entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.
Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Cable and internet provided... Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

The house was exactly as pictured or better. We were super comfortable with the amount of space for our family of 5. We got tons of use of the outdoor pool, even on chillier days as itwas heated. The beach supplies in the garage were great - wagons and buckets and boogie boards and beach chairs and umbrellas all helped us take advantage of the nearby beach. Such a great stay.
