About this house rental
Enjoy our canal front home with southern exposure providing sun all day long on the lanai enclosed pool and dock. The house has a free flowing floor plan with the living areas opening into the pool area and screened lanai with wide access from the den and living rooms. The heated pool has a covered eating area and direct access to the wide dock area for sunbathing or lounging under the palm tree. The den, living room, master bedroom and guest bed room all have LCD flat screen TVs. The twin bedroom has two trundle beds. Both baths are updated with marble tile. Wireless internet service is available.
Located in the quiet Lamplighter district of Marco Island, our home is a short bike ride from the beach or a 10 minute boat ride to the gulf with fishing right off of the dock. All of the essentials are included; beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, top linens, 5 bikes and fishing rods, etc. *No cats please. Small Dogs are permitted. There is a ping pong table for family fun and two sit on fishing kayaks with life preservers for your use. We use a professional property manager on Marco who will arrange for check in and check out and anything you may need during your stay.
The Marriott and Hilton charge over $750 a night for one room! Those that are looking for an economical vacation with plenty of room to accommodate family and relax in private, this your place to vacation.
For the safety of our guests and to monitor hurricanes, we an outdoor camera for the dock and front of the property.

This is a great home and the hosts were fantastic. The house is spacious, well designed, and very clean. The location is great. The pool was perfect. The hosts were wonderful and always available if we had questions.

It was a good location, and good property given the plus that it allowed dogs. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of kitchenware to use. Lots of carpet, so that’s an issue with allergies. Kayaks and fishing gear a plus z Unfortunately, a few things did spoil certain aspects of the trip.
There is construction happening around the property ( in front of the house, and two side neighbors) , and in paving the driveway, they cut the Comcast wire halfway into our trip. So no tv or internet at the house( too bad for the next tenants) . Property manager tried to help with a MIFI, but that didn’t work.
Towels were also smelly, and some doors don’t lock.
