The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, ample closet space, and the large, very private screened lanai with pool provides guests with ample room to entertain. Everywhere on Marco is close to the beach and this house is just a few minutes' drive from beach access points, as well as The Esplanade and The Marco Town Center Mall and many of Marco's wonderful restaurants. Waterleaf Court is dressed with HDTV, WiFi, full compliment of finer linens throughout, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, electrically heated pool, beach gear, and far more...just pack your swimsuit! We traveled down to Marco Island from Ocala with my mother to stay for a nice relaxing vacation. We found the house to be in an excellent location, and in excellent repair. Everything was extremely clean and we had just about everything we needed including some dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We were grateful for the ability to bring our dog who enjoyed the house as much as we did. The pool was the perfect size and was also very clean. The fish were jumping in the canal every morning and evening - that was fun to watch. There were even fishing poles in the garage to use if we wanted!The only things that we found that could use addressing is the French doors in the master bedroom could use some blackout shades as they face East and there is only a flimsy drape over the windows, and maybe some more variety of pans and a real toaster in the kitchen (right now it's just a toaster oven and the timer gets stuck so burns the bread if you're not watching closely). We do cook our own breakfast so we don't have to get dressed too early, and we cooked a few dinners as well. The restaurants in Marco Island are awesome - we try to go at least once a year and we found a new place that we like a lot Marco Island Brewery. Excellent food and decent prices with great service. Overall a great time and we would love to stay here again!

House was perfect and had plenty of room for all 6 of us! Rooms, baths, and linens/towels were clean, kitchen and appliances (including washer/dryer) were large enough to accommodate food and laundry. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was amazing for relaxing in at night after a long day at Marco's south beach, which was approx. a 7 min. drive away. Having beach chairs, cart, and towels made available was a huge help.

We just spent two weeks at this house and we were really pleased with it. He house is centrally located on Marco and the street is quiet with friendly neighbors. It’s an older home (Marco Island appropriate) but the floor plan is good. The house is well maintained, is stocked with kitchen essentials and was clean. The pool and lanai areas were also nice and clean. The cable TV is “real” cable (not the free streaming junk). A gift basket with a bottle of wine was there when we checked in which was a nice touch. I recommend!!
