About this villa rental
San Costanzo is an airy two-bedroom two-bathroom villa in Fish Bay that offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Ram Head, lovely breezes, and simple elegance. There are large decks on both levels, and a hot tub with Caribbean views.
The upper level features an open layout with a large great room with cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom and a custom rock shower with views of Fish Bay. The lower level, accessed by exterior stairs, has a master bedroom with a king bed and a mini-kitchen. Both bedrooms have individual split system air-conditioning units and open onto decks with views of Fish Bay. The villa has a whole house generator to ensure a stress-free vacation even when the island's power company has hiccups :)
San Costanzo is next door to its sister property, Brezza di Mare. For larger groups, renting 2 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms Brezza di Mare with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom San Costanzo gives guests the flexibility of privacy and time together.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

We loved our stay at Sam Costanzo! The house was wonderful and so well equipped. We enjoyed catching the sunrise everyday right from the deck and the hot tub was an added bonus.The generator was much appreciated when the power went out. We would definitely like to make a return visit to St. John and San Costanzo.

Property was amazing and had everything we needed and more. It’s advertised as a 2 bed 2 bath, but it actually had a 3rd room with a daybed trundle. It was a nice surprise as we have two teens who’d rather have their own beds than share. House is great for a family with older teens or group of adults sharing the home. If you’re considering this house, just go ahead and book it. You’ll be glad you did!

This was our second stay at a Seaview Homes villa and we have already scheduled our third. San Costanzo was perfect for our 45th anniversary celebration. The villa faces east so we had a nice breeze for our entire stay. The villa was super clean and well maintained; everything worked! And it is really well provisioned with dishes, utensils, kitchen supplies and everything from soap to light bulbs. We had everything we needed. The DVD collection was amazing! Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player. Sodas, beer and snacks when we arrived were a nice touch. Next time we want a 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa San Costanza will be at the top of the list.
