Our host Kim was absolutely superb in her communication and gave us so many tips and tricks when she welcomed us at the villa. Highly recommend, the views were gorgeous and the villa had all the amenities anyone can think of! Such a great place to stay with our family and miss it already! We had an absolutely wonderful vacation.

Stay here! Have told everyone looking to visit about the property. Kim and crew were wonderful in communication and the property is everything listed. The pool area is so gorgeous at sunset and the decks are amazing for sunrise! Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m on St John!

We really enjoyed our stay in Papaya! The huge balcony was definitely the most used space of the unit. You can tell Kim really cares about her property & recently added solar. She gave a ton of info for restaurants & tours that was very helpful for our first trip to the island. There is no AC in the kitchen/living room. We knew this but just wanted to point it out to others if they have a problem with it because it gets super hot cooking on the propane stove. The pool was freezing so unfortunately we didn’t use the beautiful courtyard as much as I thought we would. Lovely place & would definitely come back
