About this house rental
It is an open air cottage with an amazing view! The constant breeze, lush landscaping and outdoor showers are some of cottage's best features. It truly has that charm and coziness to make your island vacation a relaxing one! There are AC units in both bedrooms so you stay nice and cool at night. With the touch of an interior designer, this property boasts an updated and comfy feel. The house is located 5 minutes (driving) to town just above the Westin in the sought out neighborhood, Chocolate Hole.

Very nice accommodations and a beautiful view! The villa was well supplied. I made the mistake of relying on taxis, so next time I would rent a vehicle.

What a wonderful place! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our time at this cottage. Coffee on the porch each morning to watch the sunrise and the beautiful views of Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay made for a great start to the day. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some wonderful dinners. Loved the outdoor showers! Rooms and beds were super comfy and the A/C at night was welcomed. Host communication was excellent and they were very helpful making sure our trip was everything we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental for our family of four (two adults, two teens) during Christmas week! Comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, fabulous view off the porch, incredibly well stocked kitchen, convenient location - close drive to Cruz Bay and good base for North Shore beach exploration. First time visitors to St John and we loved it!

This home exceeded all expectations—it lacked nothing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking or grilling. The location is ideal: peaceful, quiet, and filled only with the sounds of birds and a gentle windchime. I can’t wait to book again—very soon!
