Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room was a bit outdated. It was nice how secure the place was but memorizing a 16 digit code to get in the unit was a bit rough, I would recommend a key. Loved the pool and entrance to the beach (and our morning views of it). Overall, cute unit and the family was happy!

This property was perfect for our young family of 5. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioning units worked great and kept the condo very comfortable and cool. Central location to great restaurants and things to do. The beach behind the Beachmark was not overly crowded and was easy to access! The pool was also great

We had such a wonderful time at 3k! It was clean and very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Already made up with sheets and linens provided. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

It was an okay stay but we’ve stayed in much nicer units in the building. The location and views were great. The condo smelled musty - more than your typical beach place. The air conditioner in the bedroom dripped on my husbands head and the one in the living room froze and spit out ice. There was a blade missing from the ceiling fan in the living room which made it unusable when the A/C went out. We won’t be staying in the unit again given there are much better options at Beachmark.
