Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view and location. Property needs some updating, but was sufficient for our stay.Had trouble watching TV as we don’t subscribe to streaming services, so cable would have been beneficial Would stay here again

Great Rental for the family. Convenient parking and the beach was amazing along with a lot of activities for the family. You can see the mold in the photos on the ceiling in the first picture for the rental. There were several spots that need attention especially by the vents. We appreciated that guest services offered to come out however it would not have been convenient as we had limited time for our vacation. Overall, my family made a lot of memories and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to the beach. Parking was very convenient in the garage, elevator available to the upper floors. Condo exactly as described; Probably more spacious than the pictures depict.
