Tiara By the Sea 5 is an ocean block 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium located on 75th street. Enjoy the nice view while sitting on the balcony. The unit is a half block to the beach and close to shopping and dining. The unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 3 TVs and internet service. This property is a 2nd floor walkup, no elevator.
Bedding features a queen in the primary bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom and a queen pull out in the living room. Guest needs to supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for your reservation and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up upon departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Please Note, Note the building parking clearance is 6 feet and no other way to access the parking lot.
Non-Smoking/non-vaping. Absolutely No pets, please! Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a nice side view of the ocean from the porch, and was only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again .

Over all the condo was ok, loved the location and being on the 2nd floor. The place could use some updates, the pull out couch is the worst we ever slept on. We removed the cushions and slept on the floor. There is no dresser in the one bedroom with queen bed, no hangers in all closets, walls had some dust bunny’s. The out 2 porches were awesome, could use room darkening blinds on the sliding door, the light on the porch is bug collecting and very very bright.

We had all age ranges there 3 generations and it was great proximity to everything and easy walk to beach. Beds were okay may a few extra pillows and blankets would have been helpful, but all in all a great time was had by all.
