The three bedrooms offer a queen, a double and a pyramid bunk bed, plus a bonus queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to eight guests. This great location allows you to walk less than a half block to the beach, so you're always close enough if you need to run back to the condo for anything. You are also close to restaurants and sub shops including the new Saltwater 75, Doug Roller, Ropewalk, Seaside Deli, Victoria's Seafood and Crabs and more. You can easily drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk which is roughly five miles away or hop on the beach bus for a daily fare and ride all day. Property rents mini/full weeks in season with a Thursday or Sunday check in day and any 3 nights off season.
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for an additional fee if you wish. Linens would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure, including sheet sets with pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. Note the building parking clearance is 6 feet.
No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
