Hotel stay was quite comfortable, the staff was very accomodative, has a gym and rooms are well maintained. Common ironing facility is available. Breakfast spread was quite comprehensive though for vegetarians, choice is limited. Local gentry generally eats cold food, so for ones especially Indians microwave is avbl. Was little disappointed as they don't cook and serve omelette on demand though boiled eggs and half fried were avbl. Hotel is close to major tourist attractions, served by buses and metro, that can be tracked through yandex app including taxis. Local market, stores, ATMs and Tandoor Indian restaurant are in walkable distances. Ticket system in buses and metro isn't very comfortable. Local cards like Onay avbl at karvan store (one next to hotel) or local debit credit cards are required for 60% rebate on ticket. Else u pay in local currency to driver. Even onay card can be used individually that is one tap per journey and doesn't offer facility to pay for ur co travellers through multiple taps as was available in uzbekistan where even paying by international visa cards was possible with multiple taps for each journey. They offered luggage stowage after we checked out till we moved to airport at night, happily. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The location is good where you can get variety of foods just outside the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Positives...The rooms were big and cleaned daily. Water, soap shampoo,toothbrush toothpaste provided. Staff helpful. Location ok as we were using taxis all over.
Negatives...There were many indians staying at the hotel who preferred veg breakfast. But just salads and boiled pasta,porridge. Finally i informed them to add fruits as we dont prefer meats.
No emergency medical kit. I had sprained my leg and all the pharmacies were closed. Reception did not have any pain tablets, spray, gel. Being a 4 star and no emergency kit is shocking. They dont even have hand or body lotion .
Hope they start keeping an emergency kit in hotel .
Rates are high.
