Superb Location
This was in the middle of the key things you will need, and we pretty much walked to wherever we needed to go - save for the tours of course. Degirmen across was convenient for diner food. Coffee Originals was nearby and they have great breakfast options. We walked to other restos too, and parks nearby.
Spacious Rooms
The rooms had great space, they were cleaned daily. Clean and well kept.
Breakfast Available
They served breakfast buffet style, but the selection was the same for all the 10 days of our stay. At some point we just decided to go out and dine elsewhere. No good coffee here either.
Staff Polite, Could be Warmer
Maybe it's a cultural thing, but the staff could be a bit warmer and accommodating. Some members were warmer than others, and we noticed it could be a function of who was most comfortable speaking in english. No one was rude at the very least and they tried their best to assist, much appreciated.
Overall, would stay here again!

The room was absolutely top-notch when it came to cleanliness, and I have no complaints about that. The location was also very convenient, and the property itself is quite good.
However, the service was a major disappointment. We stayed for 3 nights, and on the second day, the AC stopped working. We had to spend the entire night without AC. Even after complaining the next day, nobody came to properly check or repair it.
The response from the staff was simply to “open the window and sleep.” Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy, but we had no other option. This was very disappointing, especially since we were staying for multiple nights.
The breakfast was also quite average and could definitely be improved.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but the lack of responsiveness from the staff and the AC issue really affected our stay. Better service and quicker handling of guest complaints would make a big difference.
