Apartment was clean and well maintained. parking was easily accessible and free. location was overwhelmingly nice next to a marina in Skradin. one of the best ones.
The owner complained about thudding noise while walking. as a engineer the problem can be traced to no sound proofing between floors and having tiles laid all over apartment. if some sound insulation was laid it would be much more comfortable for everyone.

Big place, nice balcony and view. Kitchen was well fitted out so can make meals there. Best accommodation of our trip.
Getting there is a little tricky as the most direct way is to go through town and "drive around" the electric barrier in the road ( they don't tell you that!). The other way takes you up a steep hill and then a sharp left turn onto the road.

Nice rooms, with nice furnitures.
The house was noisy. When the kids running, we heard everything. There is a pool in the garden but for an other accomodation
