I stayed in apartment for 1 night when I went to concert in AZIMUT club. It was very quiet at night time and I really slept well. Very clean bathrooms and good soundproof isolation. In the morning I enjoy the view of the sunrise.

Wonderful sea view from the balcony, very close to restaurants. Although there is no parking at the apartment, there are parking spaces on the seaside road and around the corner.
The heating/air conditioner is not warm enough. A bit cold in the winter.

Great location near the water
A few things would be nice to add to the room description - it is a shared room with a shared outer door. The room itself is quite small (30-40 square meters?). Also tourist tax would be good to bake into the listing. I don't always have time to send passport details when im in the middle of travels.
