The location was the best. Close to shopping golfing and 20 min or so from the airport.

This is an exceptionally clean and well appointed condo unit. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
The condo grounds are well kept, with the pool and grill areas clean and well maintained.
We found the location to be within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Jennifer is a gracious host and easy to deal with.
Great value overall.

The property was very easy to locate in the City of Scottsdale. The trolley/free bus runs Monday through Friday. The trolley stop is right across the street from this condominium and can get you to Old Downtown Scottsdale within 10 minutes or you can easily drive down and parking was very easy to find. We found the City easy to navigate and we were staying over spring break and the Professional League Baseball spring training period.
The heated pool and grills were less then 50 yards from our condo so it was very convenient. I used the fitness center most every day and my wife enjoyed walking on the bike/walking trails right next to condo. Another enjoyable walk for her was on the Arizona canal, a few blocks away. The grounds were well kept with green grass and very nice landscaping with AZ plants.
The condo was very well equipped with a water cooler for the filtered water, nice appliances, and all sorts of cookware and utensils. Ice maker in the refrigerator kept up well too. The queen size beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The host, Jennifer was very good about checking in on us too to make sure all was working well. We definitely will be back to stay again!
