All amenities IN the unit were as described, and the unit was lovely and clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and almost everything else needed (make sure to bring or buy your own coffee!). I have informed the host in detail of many of the issues which need to be addressed, mostly because the written instructions e-mailed contained several inaccuracies, but I suspect that was due to management, not the Host. Location of keys in the unit were not as described, the entry code into the unit was wrong, the heated pool is not the one the management company directed us to, etc. The Welcome Book containing important information which is supposed to be in the unit was nowhere to be found, etc. etc. All these are issues which can easily be solved, and I hope they are for the next vacationer.

The property was a great, quiet location. We really enjoyed the pool and having the access to the Canal walkway. There was tennis equipment available. There was plenty of pool towels available but we could have used more dish towels. The outside patio area could have been cleaner. We enjoy our stay and would stay again.

The Condo was very nice. I liked the patio outside for sitting. Parking was very convenient. Very safe and secure. The condo community was a very nice place - lots of trees and landscaping. The pool area was great - I do not swim much but did use the pool. If you had kids they would love it. The location was fine - plenty of stores nearby. You have to drive to old town Scottsdale - but that is true of pretty much anyplace you rent if it is hot outside. Also you are close to the"greenway" extensive park system in town.
