Great location, very clean, well supplied kitchen, great washer & dryer, new ceiling fans were installed while we were there. Pool/hot tub is great & close to the unit. Loved the towels. Jamie was very helpful. The only negative was the Air Conditioning. It was very loud & cooled the back of the unit more than the front. We needed a fan to help push the cool air. Hopefully that will be checked.

The host answered all our questions and respond time was quick. The place was clean with no smell. The location was perfect to get around the Phoenix area.The community area was clean, nice and well maintained.Thank you for hosting us!

The condo is as described. Super quiet which we loved! We were able to check in early which was really appreciated. I don’t believe the pool was heated, as described. My biggest concern was lack of communication once we got in to the condo. We didn’t have a car and were specifically wanting to use the trolley that ‘stops out front of the condo’. That is inaccurate. You have to go to a bus stop (either to McDonald Dr or the opposite direction to San Miguel Ave). So we lost the first 2 days in over 100 temps being able to use that since I couldn’t get an answer on where to actually go. And they don’t run on the weekends. Also, the access to the canal trail is either McDonald Ave or San Miguel. There was no booklet in the condo telling you how to get to this. The overhead fan in the spare bedroom didn’t work. It kept shutting off and then just didn’t come on at all. It was as described and clean, but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication when I really needed it.

The highlight of the property is the responsiveness of the manager/owner. Any question or concern like figuring out how to work the T.V. remote were quickly answered. The unit is well maintained and stocked with the essentials. Water bottles in the frig, shampoo in both bathrooms, tennis racquets and balls and pool floats were provided. My wife and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the afternoons when the temperature was comfortable. Being a gated community provided the extra security to make us feel comfortable.
