Tennis anyone? Relax on your patio that overlooks a green belt with a beautiful tree. In addition, lounge on your 2nd private patio. We lived in this home for 2 years. 2 BD Split, 2 BA, 2 car garage. 3 Smart TVs. The home is a few steps from heated community pool and spa plus tennis court.

You will enjoy your privacy. Arroyo Verde is very quiet neighborhood. There is a dining room that will seat 6. There is also breakfast dining off kitchen seats 4. There is a new private gas grill on patio. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The laundry room features washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser and smart TV with private bath, with shower-roman tub, double sinks and walk-in closet. It shares patio with living room. The second guest suite has a queen bed and desk. For longer stays, it can be furnished as you like: queen, twin, full, king or office.

The home was clean and was exactly as it appeared on the VRBO site. The property manager was extremely easy to do business with and reacted quickly to any request. I would definitely recommend the unit

Arroyo Verde is one of our favorite places to stay in Scottsdale! Close to downtown, access to major streets, shopping, dining, but away from all the traffic and noise. Close and quiet community, pool and tennis court were rarely used by residents, plus great walking and biking paths for easy access. Homes all have nice layouts, plenty of room for all.
