This ground floor condo is in a complex that is nestled in the prime area between the Scottsdale greenbelt (with its gorgeous lakes and parks) and the Arizona canal trail; both about a .25 mile away. Walk or bike to either and be in fashion square or old town Scottsdale in minutes (1.5 miles) or scoot around the corner on Mcdonald to Scottsdale road for the many restaurants, boutiques, spas and antique stores at Lincoln square.
One of the two spas and pools in the complex sits off the front patio of this roomy 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom condo with two designated parking spots (one covered and one uncovered). Leave your car and hop on the free Scottsdale trolley which stops steps from your door or better yet use the 2 condo-provided cruisers (26 inch full size with adjustable seat).
Maybe you'd prefer to “laze the day away” sitting on one of your two patios sipping a cool drink poolside or lay back in one of the four recliners in the living room and watch a movie on the large screen flat panel TV.
If golf is your hobby of choice, then you'll enjoy the Scottsdale Silverado public golf course which you can walk to a block away...its a wonderful golf experience at an affordable price! For those into hiking or mountain biking, North Mountain, South Moutain and Papago Park (red rock beauty with the Phoenix zoo and botanical gardens enclosed) are minutes away by car and have MANY hiking and mountain biking options.

Roomy condo in a convenient location. Not as well stocked as other VRBOs we have stayed in (we bought extra hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap). We only ate breakfast at condo so did not cook meals. Not much in the way of basic spices, olive oil, etc. Well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. though. Also very well stocked with towels and extra sheets. We found that our towels did not dry well, so were grateful for the extras.

Nice accommodations, walking path is very close, can also walk to some retail stores as well. Nice patios to enjoy crisp morning and afternoon sun. Two grandchildren came for a few days and they loved the pool.

The location is simply outstanding for anyone active. An easy walk to Old Town, twenty minutes from the airport, and 315 miles of walking and bicycle trails adjacent . We have booked the very same dates for 2022.
