-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Perfect location if you want to get away from the all inclusive and do a bit more of a do-it-yourself vacation. Everything we needed was within walking distance (<1 mile one way). Pool/bar area was excellent, quiet yet vibrant beach, perfect view from the balcony.

The unit was spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessities. The grounds were beautiful, and extremely well kept. The pool was absolutely perfect for all of us. Our 5 year old loved that parts were deep enough to swim down for toys, and parts were shallow enough to splash and play. We were close enough to walk to shops, the Mayan ruins were literally right across the street, and by the end of the week we had figured out that the Chadraui grocery store was an easy 18 min walk and had everything we needed - great produce and a wonderful bakery section, etc. My parents came as well, and they enjoyed the beautiful scenery, easy access to the beach, and the quiet, calm atmosphere. So, perfect for all ages. The location is great. We went on 2 day excursions and didn't have to travel far to reach Tulum, amazing snorkeling, and cenote adventures. My kids loved the wildife on the property (agoutis, coatis, and lots of birds including pelicans. We are already talking about going back, and we never go to the same place twice! It was just so lovely and easy.

Absolutely LOVED our stay in Playa del Carmen ay Xaman-Ha #7010. There is nothing better than walking into a place and immediately feeling at home. The condo was totally equipped with everything we needed from dishes, utensils, appliances, beddings, towels and everything you have at home. You can pretty much walk in empty handed.The view was AMAZING even from the first floor which was perfect for our family with children. There was very easy access to pool and beach. The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy.The Rentalsyourway reservation team made booking so easy. They were very informative about everything we needed and the Caribbean Properties management team was very helpful and friendly.Would definitely return and totally recommend!!!
