Beachfront property located in Playa Del Carmen's private community, Playacar Fase 1, at Xaman Ha Condo Complex.
The small well kept property is well maintained as is Senor Glenn's 3 bedroom well appointed and maintained condo. Everything needed for a great vacation is within the community, the city of Playa del Carmen, or the area of the Yucatan Peninsula.

This location lives up to its reviews! Well laid out with lots of living space and large bedrooms. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with all new appliances, utensils and dishes. Plenty of towels and beach equipment provided.Owners were great to communicate with and made excellent restaurant recommendations. We stayed in one night and hired Rosa (the housekeeper) make a delicious, authentic meal of chicken and shrimp fajitas! The downtown area is just a few blocks away with tons of local entertainment and restaurants. Walmart is walkable or you can use Uber Eats to order groceries to be delivered to your door.The pool and swim up bar were amazing! Bartender was great! The food options are very basic so may be better to just order online for delivery.The only bummer was that there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach for half of the trip and you cannot walk a long ways in either direction as the adjacent hotels are right up to the water. You can easily walk on the sidewalk to the huge public beach which was very fun with lots of people, volleyball, restaurants on the beach. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location, wonderful host, beautiful beach/pool. This place was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend. Close to the main market/strip, near Xcaret parks. The beach was awesome!

Our family had a lovely week staying at Dawn’s Xaman Ha condo. It was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our patio. Dawn was a very responsive host. We had one small issue with parking which she helped us resolve quickly. We would definitely recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return.
