Located on the water with spectacular views, this condo was totally renovated and includes beautiful furnishings, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We have internet service, televisions in every room, and a phone in the unit that offers free calls back to the USA and Canada - no limit! Our condominium is the best location in the complex. People who stay in this unit come back every year - they love it! Each bedroom has their own sink.
Playa del Carmen has some of the best restaurants! The main avenue, Playa's famous Quinta Avenida, is 3 blocks away. The name of our condominium complex is Xaman Ha- in a gated community but close to everything. Transportation is easy from Cancun Airport. You can take a bus, or contact our private driver directly.

Elva was amazing and very helpful. The condo was amazing, so roomy and had all essentials, the view and the grounds were heavenly! I highly recommend this condo and working with Elva!! OH and definitely use Orlando as your driver to and from the airport, so helpful, he even stopped at the store for us to pick up a few items.

Beautiful condo right in the beach and with excellent pool. Condo was perfect, with lots of space and all the goodies you would need for kitchen etc. Cleaning staff was great. I’ve stayed in several condos in the complex and this one was easily the best one and in the best location! Amazing views, great property and an excellent host. See you next time…thanks for having us!

We had a very nice stay and the condo is more beautiful in person. Even though the listing states two bathrooms (toilet and shower), there are actually 4 vanities, each with a sink and hairdryer. This was a wonderful surprise considering there were 5 of us. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the employees were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, in a beautiful quiet community, and just a quick walk to all the action and the ferry terminal. I highly recommend this unit if you are considering a stay at Xaman-ha.

We stayed in condo 7201 and it is a 3 bedroom. Truly wonderful condo with all the amenities including fresh coffee everyday. There was also spices and loads of other stuff in the condo like Bluetooth sreteo and WiFi . The playing cards were a nice touch as well. We like to cook and had more than enough utensils and pots to cook with .The lady who cleaned our condo every second day was immaculate..wonderful job! We will definitely stay in this condo again.The beach was perfect as well ..no seaweed. And of course we were entertained by Robin with his humor, delicious food and drinks ..If you are looking for an awesome place to stay Xaman Ha is wonderful in every way
