About this house rental
Enjoy time with friends and family in this newly renovated, single story, 1800 sqft home directly on Gun Lake featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

This home features an open concept layout, with a well stocked kitchen, family room with smart TV, dining room and sunroom all open to the full-height windows giving you a great view of the lake all day long.
Washer and Dryer are available for use on premises.
Outside we have a tree swing for the kids that looks out onto the beautiful sandy bottomed swim area next to the dock. The water is only a 1-2 feet deep at the entrance, making it perfect for your little ones. Enjoy taking out our standup paddle boards (2), our kayaks (2 kids, 1 adult, 1 tandem), and experience great fishing right off of our dock.
Dock features a sitting area at the end - perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening drink while you enjoy watching the swan and heron who love to visit.
Enjoy your evenings lakeside around the fire pit, hanging out at night and cooking s'mores, or use the large yard as a great place for yard games.
Looking to enjoy time out on the water? Ask about renting our 25’ Tritoon and 2 jet skis during your stay! Great for exploring the lake or tubing with the kids.
Parking is available for up to 3+ vehicles.
Other amenities include Gun Lake Park a 2 minute drive away and the State Park only a 10 minute drive, or a 3 minute boat ride away which features a sandy beach, inflatable water slide, and an ice cream shop!

WONDERFUL!!!!This was our first time staying anywhere but a hotel. I was hesitant due to horror stories I've heard. But we really wanted to take our Labradors on a lake vacation, so we had no choice. So happy about that! This was all around wonderful! Mark was so responsive and so fast! Like shockingly fast. He entertained my many questions and made me feel comfortable about taking our dogs here. I am admittedly a vacation snob. Kinda picky. The home is dated, which i was prepared for based on other reviews, but it felt clean and charming. Bedrooms were standard. The living area and kitchen were spacious, Plenty of room to entertain for when our adult children visited. I felt very comfortable the whole time.The lake was everything! We spent every day soaking up the sun! Morning coffee outside to swimming and playing on the water toys provided. Ending with a fire by the water. Truly my idea of paradise. The water is what you are paying for.The properties on gun lake are packed in tight. So i was worried about neighbors. We did meet a couple and they were very nice. Its a quiet area and everyone seems to keep to themselves. Which was great for us. We were not there to party. We just wanted to swim with our dogsWe definitely look forward to coming back

Great place fun time playing on Gun Lake or sunbathing on the dock watching the several pairs of swans. Great communication with host.

We had a great time on Gun Lake. The house has every amenity you could need and communication is prompt if anything arises. The lake is beautiful and was not overly busy, even on a holiday weekend. This is a perfect pick for a family getaway. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Location was amazing. Home was a bit dated. Amenities were great. Communication with owner was very timely and helpful. Price was also very reasonable.
