The house is beautiful and stays cold!! Plenty of towels and bedding. There were 10 of us that stayed and enjoyed every minute! We did a lot of home cooked meals with all cookware provided! There was a closet full of beach toys, chairs and even a cooler and wagon to use!! Highly recommend staying here!! Huge shoutout to the owners for being so kind and generous with their home!

This place is well located and close to the ocean. Well-fit for a large family and very comfortable for our small one. Spacious main living space, clean bathrooms, and nice bedrooms made this stay extremely pleasant. We utilized all of the amenities, such as the pools, sport courts, and the umbrella/chair service at the beach, and had a great time with friends who stayed in the vicinity. Owners were responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again - and we may!

This house is amazing and beautiful. So clean and comfortable. The owners are fantastic to work with and helped make our trip amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. We had the best time during our stay.

Nice little neighborhood. 10 minute walk to private beach. Some beach toys and towels were included. Was great for kids to ride bikes. Would be nice if adult bikes were included with stay. Close to grocery stores. Went to beautiful Seaside for dinner, was about a 30 minute drive. House could use a couple updates and feel more cozy.
