Close to EVERYTHING for your ideal get-away on the border of Destin/Miramar Beach on Old 98. 1BR/1BA 634 sq ft. sleeps 6: (Queen, twin bunks, queen sofa bed) Located on the 1st floor so no need to carry your bags upstairs. Walk to restaurants. On 5 mi. scenic walk/bike path. 3 mi drive to shopping. Laundry 10 steps from door.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Old 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive) stretches 5 miles from Miramar Beach to Destin. Walking and bike paths stem the entire length. The area is a friendly and safe resort community and a beach lover's paradise located between the Choctawahatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The area has some of the best white-sand beaches in the world with turquoise blue water and an abundance of things to do for everyone. Private beach access directly across the street from the property. Hit the beach, shop at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets or the Destin Commons, or go for a bike ride out your front door. For the outdoorsman, there is kayaking, fishing, boating, golfing, snorkeling, paddleboarding, parasailing and more plus two local dive shops for the adventurous. The kids will love mini-golf, arcades, a water park, bowling, movie theaters, go karts and more.

Only registered guests + 3 visitors max at any time. Only registered guests overnight.
HOA does not allow us to rent to anyone under 25 years old with the exception of married couples and active military.
Please help us help you. The AC unit was replaced April 2022. If you set it too cold and leave the windows/doors open, you will freeze the unit up and be without AC.
HOA does not allow pets in rental units. $250 violation fee and eviction
Please do not take linens, except provided beach towels, to the beach.
Please bag and place all shrimp peelings and fish waste in outside dumpster
Please use provided parking pass. Illegally parked cars may be towed at your expense.
Keep property and furnishings in good order. Guest is responsible for any damages that may occur.
Violations will result in you being asked to leave.

We had a wonderful time as a family staying here. The unit was beautiful, and had everything a family needs to enjoy their time together: a small kitchen space for cooking/eating, clean rooms/bathroom, bunk beds and pullout couch, laundry nearby (with credit card option - you don’t have to bring quarters).On top of all of this, the host was timely in communicating and even provided helpful suggestions of things to do in the area.When we start planning our next family beach vacation, we will begin the search here!

We are a family of four with small children. We tend to travel light and Shelli (owner of the property) had all we needed: for the beach, essentials (soaps, towels, paper products). There were tons of hooks to accommodate wet, damp swim suits to dry, walking distance to beach and many other attractions. If you’re snowbirds, family of four or five, or people who don’t mind to bunk together- this is the place for y’all!

The first thing I would like to point out is that Shelli is an amazing host. She is very responsive and even made a trip to change out a beach chair that broke. The check-in process was super easy, and she worked with us so we could check in a little early. The location is great…just right across the street. Shelli has the condo well stocked with the things you need along with notes throughout to explain how things work. I would definitely stay again!! Thank you, Shelli!!!
