This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was neat and clean and offered some basic amenities for our stay. The view was unparalleled.

The condo was immaculate. The pictures were accurate. A majestic view and sounds from the gulf are at the very top 12th floor of Miramar Beach. Use the watch band fobs on the counter to access front and rear pools and the beach access. Kenny D’s is next door and Pompano Joes is nearby. A se is
We were unfortunate that there was a red flag every day from June 2-10 but there was a natural tide pool at the beach keeping the waves calm.
If there are non swim days forecasted for your vacation, the place has smart tvs with Netflix and other streamers available in all rooms.
Was hesitant booking with Vacasa out of fear of reservation cancellation that some people have experienced. Glad it didn’t happen to us.

Property was under construction, and was not communicated well when we booked. That made it hard to get into the complex because they were tearing out tiles and blocking off entrances. One Elevator wasn’t working. Through no fault of the owner of our condo, when we arrived there were several issues that should have been taken care of already by the management company. . The large shower in the master bedroom was missing half of the glass door, the drapes in the master bedroom were hanging and not hooked , the tv in the back bedroom was not working, and the washing machine would not drain the water out. The main management company was helpful through texts. But the local team did not contact us until 13 days later. She said she had talked to us by phone and was told that we had asked for another day and late checkout and were told about the issues. We did not talk to her. She was very rude and accused us of lying. I reported this to the main company. It was a beautiful view from the balcony and nice condo, and should not have had these issues when we arrived.
