The house was comfortable and in a good location. The Cove cul de sac was quiet. Plenty of room on the inside. We enjoyed ourselves but the house needs some TLC.
The overall maintenance could be better. It's the little things like the clock that did not work, the chandelier light bulbs being different colors/hues, the creaky bed, the holes in the walls where the back of the knobs popped the sheetrock. The cleanliness could be a bit better too. The hand rail for the stairs was dirty and sticky, the walls in the bathrooms were dirty, the water stains on the living room ceiling need to be painted.The bathrooms are dated. We did not like the additional charge for beach and pool access.

I liked the area the property was in. It was in a very quiet area.
When we first arrived at the property, the cleaning services was still there until 4:15 pm, check in time was at 4. As we walked into the house water was still all over the floor from her mopping. We checked the back door, it locked but still can open from the outside of the door. I felt very unsafe. Reached out to the property manager she sent someone out. The next day discover blood stains on some of the pillow cases, was very disappointed.
